It is Titan's policy to ensure the highest degree of customer support. To achieve this we operate a defined scheme of approval and accreditation for those participating in these schemes. This includes product training, adequate parts stocking and compliance with the Titan Pollution Control Code of Practice.

Installation

Titan ensures your total confidence by offering Accredited Installation nationwide - we are able to give you full support from initial feasibility to completion of installation.

Titan can also offer advice and assistance in obtaining the Consent to Discharge from the Environment Agency (which is a legal requirement), the siting of the equipment, and the completion of soil porosity testing, which is usually a condition of the application for Consent to Discharge.

Post Installation Inspection

To ensure first class performance of your equipment it is vital that it is inspected prior to full use. We offer a full Post Installation Inspection service to ensure your product is installed correctly.

Extended Warranty

Titan offers a variety of extended warranty schemes. Please ask for further details.

Service Contracts

It is the legal responsibility of the customer to ensure that the original Discharge Consent standard issued by the Government Agency is maintained. This can only be achieved by regular preventative maintenance. A full range of Service Agreements are available to suit your equipment, please ask for details.

Refurbishment & Up-grade

During the lifetime of your equipment the site circumstances may change. For example, properties may be extended or further developed. Under such circumstances Titan Pollution Control offers a complete refurbishment and up-grading service based on specific site requirements.

Emergency Call Outs

Titan's Approved Engineers are available for emergency call outs.

Spares

A comprehensive range of spare parts are stocked and available from the Service department.

We operate a full postal and delivery service.

Nationwide Servicing

Titan has established a network of Approved Service Engineers providing excellent coverage of the UK Mainland.
