TITAN POLLUTION CONTROL LEADS THE WAY WITH INNOVATIVE PRODUCT RANGE

Close

Set up in 1975, Titan Pollution Control manufactures a comprehensive range of sewage solutions for off-mains developments, including sewage treatment plants and pumping stations.

Titan Pollution Control is particularly well known for its Biotec sewage treatment plant, which is the only one on the market without any moving electrical or mechanical parts within the tank.

The Biotec is also one of only three sewage treatment plant models in the UK to have been awarded the British Board of Agrément certificate, which means its design and structure have passed rigorous tests. Titan Pollution Control’s septic tanks and sewage holding tanks also have this guarantee.

Furthermore, the Biotec is one of the few products to conform to Building Regs Part H2 & BS6297 – the industry standard for septic tanks and sewage treatment plants in the UK.

Titan Pollution Control has always been at the forefront of developments in the industry. For example, it was the first company in the UK to introduce a managed flow system that enables sewage treatment plants to deal with peaks and flows in usage.

The company’s technical director, Mike Norton, sits on the British Water Industry’s Sewage Treatment Plant Manufacturers’ Focus Group and Titan Pollution Control has been instrumental in helping to formulate European standards.

In addition to manufacturing sewage treatment plants for six to 750 people, Titan Pollution Control makes a comprehensive range of pumping stations for six to 85 people. It also manufactures rainwater recycling equipment under the Envireau brand.

Based in West Portway, Andover, Hampshire, Titan Pollution Control employs around 100 staff. These include eight area sales managers, 10 office-based sales staff, six sales and service engineers, and eight after-sales staff. The sales team is led by Andy Thompson, who has been with the company since 1991.
